Looking into existing resources showed me that there is a range of resources for children however a lot of them involve a fair amount of money. I think what is needed for the education system would be a free taster activity book that could be given out in a session where the teacher has had a discussion with the kids that allows all of them to have a go at the coping activities. This would therefore teach all of the children techniques and would also highlight the children that may need more support in terms of mental health. This would then help parents to understand that there children may need a little extra help and would therefore encourage them to buy resources such as these ones.
