Wayfinding Rationale

Wayfinding Rationale:

In response to studio brief one I have decided to development a wayfinding system which is based around the board game Cluedo as it was manufactured within the city of Leeds. The idea is to create a map based on the board game leading people to some of the most famous building in Leeds using signature aspects from each building as a clue where to go. The link to the game is that the buildings represent the rooms and the architects of the building will represent the characters. 

The idea responds to studio breif one as it forces people to move around the city of Leeds. The system will be an interactive solution to engage the audience with the game and create a more interesting way of sight seeing around Leeds. The will be aimed at tourists as it will be taking them to locations which are famous in Leeds and some of which would be building they would be intrigued to look inside. The link to the game is that the buildings represent the rooms and the architects of the building will represent the characters. Each building contains an aspect of the architectual details ad a clue to the building.
