Ident Filming
When doing the filming we came across a few issues that we had to face.
Problems
The first problem that we encountered was that the bourbons were uneven. We did not anticipate this being a problem so to counteract the issue we had to shave the bottom of all the bourbons making them even so that they would stand up. This can be seen in Figures 1 and 2.

Another issue that we found was that we couldn't do many of the mechanisms which we had planned on using for the video as the biscuits were hard to work with. We wanted to try and make towers but the biscuits we too unstable for the towers to stand up as seen in figure 3.

The final issue we had was with our starting mechanism. We wanted to use a cup of tea and two biscuits on string, one going into the cup of tea and dissolving making the biscuit on the other side of the string drop start the chain of events. Figure 4 and 5 show our experiments with the mechanism however the science behind this was a lot harder than anticipated and making the biscuit falling heavy enough and at the right angle was almost impossible. We therefore had to scrap all of the other mechanisms which we had tried to use within the film and ended up doing a domino sequence. After 8 long hours of filming we finally got a few shots that should work for the video.
