The two ideas which I am deciding between for my screen based design are:
1. A website for Aubrey and Oakes Luxury Underwear Brand.
2. An app that can be used on a night out that sends your location to a friends as soon as you get a certain distance away.
Aubrey and Oakes:
The design for Aubrey and Oakes would need to be minimalistic and suite the style of the brand. I will gain content from Sam who is the founder of the company which I can use throughout the website and also have regular conversations with him to make sure that the designs fits what he as the client wants from the website. This idea would fit the brief as it would solve the problem of the company not having a website design.
Friend Locator App:
The design for the app would be more fun and colourful than the website idea. However it would still need to be clear to read and understand due to the nature in which it will be used. This is because it is mainly for the use of a night out when you loose drunken friends but this means that the person using the app would most likely be quite drunk as well. The app would send the location of the person who has strayed from the group to the rest of the group once they were a certain distance away. This would allow them to find their friend and make sure that they were safe hopefully before anything could go wrong.
