Feedback From the Client:
When discussing my initial designs with the client the immediate reaction what that he liked the minimalistic style as it was exactly what he was hoping for. He wanted the minimalistic style to allow for the main focus to be on the underwear and the brand itself. I spoke to him about the colour scheme and he agreed that the use of a the green colour throughout the website rather than just for the symbols helped to add a bit of extra detail to the website which was representative of the bamboo and therefore the brand. This also meant that the design details of the website weren't just black and white.
At this point there was a lot more designing for me to do but I asked him if there was anything that was missing or anything that he wanted me to add when continuing with the design process.
He told me that he had spoken to one of his contacts who had suggested that the website had a 'splash screen'. This would be the first thing that appeared when the website link was put into the search engine and it would be a couple seconds of just the logo or and image and the logo just to highlight the brand.
