A1 Poster - Existing Poster Research

Existing National History Museum Posters:

 The existing posters for the National History Museum are very varied in their design. Some are extremely informative whereas others do not possess as much information on them. On all of the posters there is a reference to the museum in order to make sure that people know that the exhibition belongs to them. This is something that I definitely need to have incorporated into my design. In all of the designs the imagery that is present is representative of what the writing on the poster says. I therefore need to choose my wording wisely for it to compliment the picture of the origami dinosaur which I choose to create. The information is short and interesting in order to entice the reader of the poster to want to go to the exhibition and learn more. On all of the posters there is a contact detail or information about the website allowing people to find out more if they want to. This is again something that I will need to include in the poster which I create in order for it to follow the rules of the posters which I have looked into.
