Flyer production
We decided to screen print the flyers as
this would allow mass production in a short amount of time. In preparation for
screen printing it was important to make a mono chrome version o f the design
for it to expose efficiently. We brought A2 purple paper from the library and
cut it down to A5. We then successfully exposed the screen meaning that we were
ready to print. We then made up some white ink to use for the printing to
follow the original design. When printing we didn’t have a vacuum table to hold
the paper in place. However we marked up where it was needed. It didn’t seem to
course many issues in the mass production. The outcome of the flyers was better
than we expected as we were left with a number of very successful prints.
