The chosen images for the posters can be seen in the images below. These were our favourite images from the shoot and we thought that they also worked well together as a set. We plan on digitally printing the posters at size A3 on glossy paper.
Emma designed the posters once again beginning with defining what information would be needed on the posters. The chosen information needed is as follows; name/logo, time, date, ticket prices, Lupus UK logo, location and short description. We came up with the short description which we thought described the show well enough for people to get a certain understanding of what it is about. 'Unified dance show is a performance that combines two types of contrasting dance in order to break stereotypes and bring the dance communities together. This is to highlight the way in which both street dance and ballet can compliment each other.' She then experimented with the layout of this information on the photographs to see how it would all work together.
The final layouts for the posters can be seen below. We used an information hierarchy for the final design of the poster as we found that this worked best. The final poster designs can be seen below.
